LEFTOVER IDLI

SLICED CUCUMBER

SLICED ONIONS

SLICED TOMATOES

WHIPPED YOGURT

SWEET TAMARIND CHUTNI

GREEN CORIANDER CHUTNI

SALT AS PER TASTE

RED CHILLI POWDER

ROASTED CUMIN SEEDS POWDER

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR DAHI IDLI CHAT:

STEP 1 : CUT LEFTOVER IDLI FROM THE CENTER HORIZONTALLY.

STEP 2 : PUT SLICED CUCUMBER, ONIONS AND TOMATOES ON ONE PART OF IDLI.

STEP 3 : COVER IT WITH ANOTHER PART OF IDLI.

STEP 4 : NOW POUR WHIPPED YOGURT ON THE TOP.
