2 CUPS PINEAPPLE
2 TBSP CUP MILK
1 TBSP BUTTER
50 GMS CHOCOLATE PIECES
RECIPE OF PINEAPPLE PIE
TAKE 2 CUPS OF ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR, REFRIGERATE FOR 1-2 HOURS BEFORE USE IN A BOWL, AND ADD 2 TBSP OF SUGAR.
PUT COLD DICED BUTTER.
BREAK BUTTER INTO SMALL PIECES AND THEN RUB WITH FINGERTIPS.
INCORPORATE BUTTER INTO THE FLOUR AND 2 TBSP CHILLED WATER TO PREPARE A DOUGH.
DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO 2 PARTS AND SHAPE IT INTO A DISC.
COVER WITH A CLING WRAP AND REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINUTES.
NOW PUT PINEAPPLE AND 1/4 CUP SUGAR IN A PAN AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT WHILE STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
ADD 1 TBSP BUTTER AND 2 TBSP MILK. COOK THEM FOR 5 MINUTES AND SWITCH OFF THE HEAT.
COOL IT DOWN COMPLETELY AND GRIND IT COARSELY.
AGAIN PUT IT ON LOW HEAT, ADD 1 TBSP CORNFLOUR & STIR IT CONTINUOUSLY.
WHEN WATER IS EVAPORATED SWITCH OFF THE HEAT AND COOL IT DOWN COMPLETELY.
NOW OPEN THE CLING OF THE DOUGH.
SPRINKLE SOME FLOUR ON THE COUNTER AND KEEP THE DISC OF THE DOUGH ON THE CLING.
DUST SOME MORE FLOUR ON THE DISC AND ROLLING PIN.
ROLL THE CHILLED DOUGH FIRMLY IN A BIG ROUND. THERE IS NO PROBLEM IF IT BREAK FROM ANY SIDE JOIN IT AND AGAIN ROLL IT.
PRICK IT WITH A FORK.
PLACE THE ROUND UPSIDE DOWN, REMOVE THE CLING AND PRESS IT FIRMLY.
TRIM OFF THE EXCESS DOUGH WITH THE HELP OF SCISSORS.
MIX THE REMAINING DOUGH IN MAKING ANOTHER ROUND.
PUT THE PINEAPPLE AND SPREAD IT EVENLY AND ADD SOME CHOCOLATE PIECES.
AGAIN, MAKE A ROUND AND PRICK IT WITH FORK FORMING CHECK PATTERN.
COVER THE BAKING DISH WITH THIS ROUND.
PRESS IT FIRMLY AS SHOWN AND AGAIN REMOVE THE EXCESS DOUGH.
ROLL THE DOUGH AGAIN AND MAKE A BRAID, ROSES, AND LEAVES AS SHOWN.
APPLY SOME WATER AND STICK THESE SHAPES.
BRUSH THE PIE WITH MELTED BUTTER.
BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180°C FOR 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR UNTIL IT TURNS GOLDEN.
YOU CAN EITHER EAT IT HOT OR SERVE IT WITH ICE CREAM.
